Mixed Bag

    Fished pool 14 Sat.. Had a nice mixed bag of Largemouth, Smallmouth, Walleyes and Stripers. Biggest Walleye was 27 1/2 inches on a crankbait.

    Lots of fun getting into a mixed bag.
    How large were your stripers?

    Most were all in the 12 to 13inch range but we had one that was a wiper and we would have guessed it at 3.5 to 4 lbs. with 4lb test he was kickin’ my butt for a while. The smallies were the best part. This year has been a good one for smallies on pool 14.

    I’ve caught more smallies on p14 and p15 this year than any previous year. I hope they take off, they are a riot to catch.
