I just installed a 5 port ethernet switch, and connected my bow and console Humminbirds, along with a Terrova w/I pilot link. Anything else that I need to do before/after I power up?
Anxious and Excited to play with this new toy.
5 port ethernet switch, Is a common connection port, not a “Switch”.
Check that all of your bird units that are connected to the “Port” are up to date after you have registered all of your products @ Humminbird’s website.
(I may have not stated the above completely correctly but the intent was there.)
Yep, just make sure you have the proper/most current versions of the software installed on each of the Humminbirds, the iPilot Link, and the iPilot remote.
