line counter leadcore rods

    once again
    I turn to the great bunch of guys here on IDO

    going to bass pro tomorrow and I am in need of a rod for
    linecounter reel with leadcore

    I have two 9 foot Cabela’s depthmaster trolling rods now

    I am looking for a rod that I can hang off the middle of these two

    Prefer a one piece rod around 6’6″ with a long handle for
    rod holders

    Please advise
    And thanks again for any advise

    I run 6’6″ ugly stick medium action 18lb lead core and it works very well for me.

    I got the 5 footers and they work great with the lead core off the corner of the boat.

    That’s exactly what I do as well. I have a 5 footer off each corner with 10 foot Eagle Claw Starfires off each side. Creates a nice spread.
