I have a brand new X135 on the bow of my boat connected to a brand new Minnkota Maxum Pro US2. I am currently seeing a lot of garbage between the top and bottom on the depthfinder. It starts to fade at about 25% sensitivity, but Im not getting the double echo when going over hard bottom.
I have it currently wired into the board up front. Is this what would cause the interference? Or is there anything in the settings I can tinker with? I really dont want to run new wire all the way back to the battery.
