i busted up my prop from a 1994 evinrude 25hp motor on saturday. now i need a new one or get this one repaired. can anyone tell me if it is worth change from the standard pitch on buying stainless steel. i have a flat bottom boat and does ok with 2 people but if you ad gear or just a third person, it really does not get out on full plane. i dont know what rpm my motor runs at but with 2 people and no gear, it goes about 18mph. any help would be good.
also if you ahve any numbers of good guys to repair the original, that would be great. thanks

If you say where your located it would help as far as getting a good repair shop.If you go new I would stay with the original.

There is an excellent place right outside Winona called Power-Tech or something close to that. It is in the phone book under prop repair. I have taken prope there before and he does an excellent job.
