Is the generation three of the Revo series worth the wait. The looks changed a bit but the weight reduction seems to be the biggest change. Was looking at putting one on the Omen next week when it gets here, but hate to spend the money twice.

I like to save money and pick up stuff that is on sale or closeout, so I would go for a revo stx gen 2 since they are on sale now, and are a proven performer. If you wait a bit they might get cheaper and cheaper. Tacklewarehouse.com has them for $159 as of right now.
Hopefully they didn’t do anything to mess up there image like shimano did last year. The old E series curados are selling for huge money on ebay right now, since a lot of people are apparently not happy with the changes to the new ones.
