Ice fished on Lake Wazee, WI, an old iron mine that gets 350′ deep, to catch a few trout, ended up keeping one to smoke. Total I caught two brown trout and one Rainbow, but ended up keeping the rainbow trout to smoke. It was delicious!
Here I show the process how I smoked them, very simple and ended up with some great tasting smoked fillets!
