I recently took on a big investment and am hoping to make something out of all of this! I recently started a bowfishing guide service called Scales N’ Tales Bowfishing Adventures. I am based out of Central Minnesota and am booking trips for this fall or next spring and summer! If you’re interested in booking a trip you can visit my site http://www.scales-n-tales.com/ and give it a look! You can also call/text me (Ryan) at (320) 290-9205. Also, any feedback is more than welcome! Thanks and good luck fishing!

I have seen gates on Koronis (creek on south side) & Howard Lake (south side near RR tracks that have carp stacked up by the thousands! I have only bow fished once, but when I saw that, I figured, ” even I couldn’t miss here!” Good luck in your new business!

A guy Pete that I met has started a bow-fishing guide service here in WI out of Fredonia, WI. From what I have seen, he is doing well with it.

He did a seminar following me at Cabelas and we talked for quite a while following. Super nice guy and I’m sure he would chat with you to give ya some pointers on the guiding side if you need it.

Thanks guys! It takes a lot of work but once its up and running everything gets easier! (Until something breaks…) But so far its gone really good, many people congratulate me for taking it on! (I’m only 17) I spend lots of time scouting lakes and talking to other people who bowfish a lot and I’ve yet to take someone out who hasn’t shot at least 1 fish!
