    Where has the Back To Top Button disappeared to? That was a handy feature and mine is missing. Anyone else having difficulties with this too?

    Sticker, are you on a computer or mobile device? I should have clarified in my OP but I’m on a computer and I don’t see the button.

    Edit – using Mozilla Firefox rather than IE but that’s usually the case.

    Huh, I never noticed that button before. I see it…with Chrome on my PC.

    I no longer have it either, tried both firefox and chrome with no avail. Have to scroll up and down.

    Remember, it only appears on longer threads.

    Mozilla Firefox is set to delete and clear everything each time I close the program, which I’ve done. I brought up the website on IE on the same computer and the button is there, so the issue is specific to Mozilla Firefox.

    Sharon,

    Click on Help in FF and do a restart with Add-ons disabled. It may be an Add-on that you installed.

    You can also click on help and then click on Troubleshooting Information. In the upper right corner you will see a button to Refresh FireFox. This fixes a lot of weird things that happen in FF.

    AHA, I see it on the PC Monitor though. Guess I’ve never been on the IDO with my PC. Had to check tho. lol
