    Bit my fingers long enough. Perhaps a stupid question and not trying to be a smarta__, but if fisher-people aren’t partially to blame, what happened this year with catch and release only? I’ve read a ton of reports from people targeting walleye because the bite was so good. I’ll hangup and listen.

    They come up with a figure to take into account “hooking mortality”. The way that is done is a whole argument by itself.
