checked my cameras sat. and to my surprise had this
pic of a decent buck that made it thru the season.
The cool part for me is that is some rape in his mouth
from the food plot I planted, I guess it finally worked,
hope I find his sheds this spring. He has some junk at the base of
the smaller side

Nice to know some of the boys are around. We don’t winter any deer at our place so I have to wait til March/April to find out who made it. By then, they typically don’t have any horns of course.
Bow season is still open in Mn. Is that the same where you are at.? Or is it closed there. Been some real nice temps for late season bow hunting around here this year… …rrr

yes it is open til the end of the year but I hung it
up for the season although it is tempting to get back out.
thought I would be ice fishing instead. that won’t be happening
for a week or to only couple inches left and the river is
on the rise, think I will wait til next weekend.
