P4 night trollin

    Does the crankbait bite on P4 keep going into the darkness on p4? If so, any changes in technique like shallower, slower….?

    Hi Jeff,

    I have not tried much night trolling on P4. I have noticed that my favorite trolling runs on Pepin generally produce best between 9:00am to about 4:00pm. For some reason the later I get into the evening while trolling, the slower the bite this time of year.

    But maybe thats just me and I need to make some other adjustments to stay on them…. Could be different in the river/backwater channels too. I’m interested to see what others have to say about this topic….
