I bought a 2013 crestliner 1600 fish hawk last year. Missed new track system by a year. I have really gotten into trolling this last summer and want to install an inexpensive but smart system on my boat. My problems is I can’t put tracks on top of the gunwale because my boat boat cover will not fit on over tracks. Paid over $700 bucks so I want to use it when I am on the road. The inside of the gunwale is 2 1/4″ and maybe an option if I can find track that thin and use some kind of rotating mount rod holder. I could mount flush. I intend to troll walleyes in local lakes around me no more than 30 ft deep. Any ideas? I want tracks but am open to good ideas. Thoughts or pictures appreciated!
