Last Sturgeon of the Season

    Pretty nice way to close out the 2014 Lake Sturgeon Season on the picturesque St. Croix River.

    Nice job landing that “smaller fish” Paul!!

    This fish that played opossum like so many sturgeon do when they are first hooked up, then a full breach out of the water and back down to 40+ feet all the while the angler is wondering what happened to that little fish. What a HOOT!

    Thanks for the great, informative time Paul. We’ll have to get out “walleye” fishing this fall. LOL!
