Boat Foam Replacement?

I am planning on replacing all of the foam in boat this spring and was wondering if I have to use marine grade expanding foam, or can I use the expanding foam that is sold at Menards. The foam that is currently in the boat is sandwiched between the hull and the floor. I’m pretty sure all of the foam that is in the boat is waterlogged and should be replaced. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks
