    I like the Ram mount for the Troll Master….What is the grey padding underneath the Cisco mounts? Is it something like a non slip pad for tackle, cell phone, etc?

    The RAM mount is very nice.
    It is called SeaDek from SeaDek Marine Products. It is also in the “Tray” on the passenger console as well. I can run with me cell phone and bluetooth speakers without them sliding off and around.
