What’s everyone’s favorite way to prepare them? I love them, but I am trying to find a way that my wife will eat them. So far I have mostly struck out
Fried in butter with or without a flour coating. I like with and fry crisp.
I’ve also deep fried them. Very good, just a little extra work. I use a light batter same as I do for fish.
I think we are a week to 2 weeks out. The little Grey ones should be out when the warms up next week.
