Bald Eagle

    I’m going to be on Bald Eagle this Saturday. Any information on the Walleye bite on this lake? It will be my first time fishing this lake, so any info would be appreciated.

    i’ve had some luck on the southern tip of the island. There is a quick break there that I have caught some nice walleyes…on 5 inch worms.

    I will echo the south end of the island comment, and add that early and late are significantly better on Bald Eagle, mostly due to the heavy recreational pressure that lake gets on the weekends…good luck…

    Thanks for the info. I’ll be out there before sunrise to hopefully see some action. The plan is to go for Walleye early, then switch to Crappie so we should have a good time regardless. I’ll let you know the results.
