I got an inch thus far and it’s still raining.

Things are really going to green up when the sun comes out.

My digital gauge showed 1.49″ at 4 am this morning. It stared at about 1:30PM Easter Sunday and was a steady but light rain all afternoon and well into the night. We got super windy here for about 15 minutes about 5PM, then it seemed to settle down a bit.

3/4 of an inch here in the far southern metro since yesterday. Just the type of rain we needed.

Our ground is wet, but nothing like the rain you guys have had. Good that you are getting it for sure! It looks to be a beautiful day here in STC area. Sun is out and NO WIND!

The first severe weather of the season is possible on Monday. Soaring temps to near 80 degrees are possible before a widespread front moves in that could trigger hail, damaging winds, and thunderstorms on Monday afternoon into the evening.

Squeezed out a steady 0.6” between last evening and over night. That was roughly half of what was forecasted, but we will take it. We don’t need what’s coming Monday though. Insurance rates are already absurd and we don’t need damage

I’m hoping the storms forecast for Monday hold off until afternoon. Fishing in the morning should be stellar with that major front approaching. I’m hoping to be on the water. A little rain early on Monday is nothing and fishing the depression just ahead of a storm can be outstanding.

I really hope we don’t get the hail they’re talking about. My 4Runner has to sit in the driveway all day. Rigged up some moving blankets with rope and bungees the best I could. With the wind forecast it might just be a wind sail…

I’m just gonna stand outside with a tennis racket and a hard hat to defend my truck from the hail.

I have a feeling its going to be a bust again. There is a line forming/moving in from SW and if that doesnt skedaddle that will thwart any chance of strong storms. We will see.
I hope we dont see the hail/tornadoes, but rain would sure be nice.

I agree. Was supposed to start storming at 4am here. Now it says there’s just a 50% chance later today.

I’m all for safety and keeping an eye on the weather but c’mon…the guy on 11 has convinced me that I will be dead at about 8:30 this morning. If I survive that one, the the coup de grace comes at 4:30 this afternoon.

Crazy Thunder, lightning and rain up here in international falls last night. Super impressive! It must have done work on the ice because I can barely see across the bay it’s so foggy.
