smallies/wingdams and high flow

I’m looking to target smallies on wingdams or closing dams next weekend and I’m not expecting the flow to get a whole lot lower this next week on pool 7. I have seldom fished the main channel with high flows and was wondering what type of situation to look for. Inside bends, above, below etc. Not looking for a “map” to follow, just a little info. Thanks.
