As of yesterday, The Zumbro is ice free to the dam. All logs and sticks floated down to the dam but its still pretty muddy. A big chunk of ice finally broke from ryans bay and a buddy of mine said that one min. he looked off his deck and seen open water then the next time all he could see is ice. It would have been one awsome sight seeing that go over the dam. Anyone heard of crappies biting way upstream?
