Koronis and surrounding area report 7-23 to 7-25

    Here is a little report for the Koronis and the surrounding lakes in the area. We went on a tear last week and boated 23 walleyes over 23 1/2 inches and 17 over the 25 1/2 inch mark. Here are some pics of varios 25 26 27 28 and 29 inch fish. They were all caught on weed lines with a lindy rig and redtails. Used about a 3-4 ft snell and about a 3-4 inch redtails. Worked the weedlines in 8-12 fow. Just thought i would share one of the funnest weeks i have had in a long time on a small body of water. Wow it was a blast. Enjoy.

    Nice fish….Better yet nice fish on a flat calm day….did you pick up any smallies?

    I think we had two absolute tanks that were right at the 20 inch range.

    I think I recognize that Island…. There are 20″+ smallies in Koronis…. one tournament I couldn’t keep em off my line… walleye fishing South end by the carp trap… Nice fish
