Indoor Storage Available – West Metro

I have a shop that I’m in the process of cleaning out, it will be available shortly to store boats, ice castles, sleds, atv’s, utv’s, etc… Shop has big overhead doors, power to keep things charged, and a concrete floor. About a mile west of Waconia, MN.
Paved roads except last 1/8th of a mile or so is gravel. Looking to store things seasonally, so boats over the winter and winter toys over the summer. PM me if you have any questions or storage needs.

I’ve been quoting it at $15 per foot of actual length for boats, so a removable or swing away tongue saves some money.

For next winter boat storage, I have 1 large spot (up to 30’ long) left open and 3 shorter spots (up to 24’ long).

Still wide open for summer storage of ice houses, sleds, etc…
