    Still no ice where I’m, so, I had some time for another fishing relating activity – DIY tackle. I made a video on how I make strike indicators for my stiff fishing rods.

    Thank you very much for this video. This is right up my alley. I obsess about stuff like this all the time.

    I really like what the video is doing. I made some pretty good strike indicators out of guitar string, but I think you have much better indicators. I struggle with sensitivity for smaller jigs. This method should do the trick!

    I definitely will. I have the next video ready in which I’m making a hook remover tool from a household item that is not the first thing that comes to mind when one selects the material for a hook remover. But I want to include a clip with the field-test, and there is still no safe ice. So, maybe there will be a few weeks before I publish it.
