Hot Bite!!

Since there are no recent reports I figured I would post one. For the past week, action has been pretty hot for good eater sized gills/perch/crappie with a few big fish mixed in too. All lakes on the chain have been doing well especially Pokegama! Ice is about 10 inches in most places.

Nice fish justin! When you say “Pokegama” are you talking about the LDF Chain of lakes??

Is that lac du flambeau ? I think he’s on Prarie,Chetek,Mud and Pokekama at Chetek,WI

Considering he is from Bloomer, I am going with the Chetek chain… Justin, I am going to need your help prior to the third week of Feb. We have our team competing in the State High School Championship that weekend…

Thanks Musky Nut!! Bassn and mark are right, I was referring to Pokegama in the chain near Chetek, wasnt aware there was another Pokegama Mark, I would be glad to help you with that

Yes I was talking about lac du flambeau chain…fish them a lot in the summer..caught a 52 inch musky there in August.

Glad to hear the ice is holding up still, and that the fish are still going. Nice fish it’s always fun getting a mixed bag.
