    Hello to all,
Just wondering if anyone knows what the vinyl jig paint is thinned with… I’m wondering if I could by some in a larger quantity. It evaporates very fast, even though I try to minimize the time I have the jar open.
Thanks in advance and tight lines,
    Noel

Vinyl paint thinner. I think Cabela’s carries it, so does Stamina and Jann’s I believe. I use the powder paint, no problem with that evaporating ;-)

any place you purchase vinyl paint should also carry the thinner

Klean-strip brand lacquer thinner works great.Fleet farm has this.Never had any jell yet with this brand.

Store jars upside down when not using(make sure cap is tight!)

    Well sa,
I guess I meant “larger quantities” to be more than the 4 ounce jars that are sold with the jig paints… I haven’t checked but I’m betting the lacquer thinner is sold in pints and quarts or even gallons.
    Thanks and tight lines,
    Noel
