    Hello Everyone,

For all you Mille Lacs guys I need some help. Just found out my younger brother decided to get married again I have been asked to be the best man. We need to schedule some kind of bachelors party for him and I was thinking of a Friday morning trip to Mill Lacs, July 29th for a day and evening Launch with a one night stay for possibly 10 guys. Then a little casino time Saturday as this old man needs to get home. Anyone have any idea’s on where to stay? I know we have sponsors on this site and would prefer to give them our buisness but the only resort I have ever stayed at on Mille Lacs is not. Some of these guys are not fisherman but if I am in charge we are not going to see girls do Let me know.

    Thanks,

    John

I’ve been to a couple bachelor parties out of the Blue Goose and we’ve always had a blast. The Experience out of Fisherman’s Wharf looks like fun too. I’ve seen a few bachelor parties bar-hopping on the boat along the East side. If you really wanted to catch fish, you could get a few guides together to take the whole crew out. Should be a good trolling bite by then. I also have a bachelor party coming up this summer but I’m too afraid to ask my brother what he has planned.

What? No ? And you call yourself a “best” man!

Just remember, what happens on Mille Lacs stays on Mille Lacs, besides nobody said you have to look; you just have to pay!

First thing I’d do is put someone else in charge of the bachelor party….

Getting married again? I would tell him that makes him no longer a bachelor then I’d tell him to go to Vegas.

Maybe a trip to the psychiatrist for not learning his lesson the first time But on a serious note I have heard of a few guys staying at Twin Pines for bach partys and they had a blast. If the casino wasnt in the picture I would probably stay on the east side. Nitti’s is a fun bar

10 guys – one party. Check into a condo at McQuoids. They run launch boats too. Would not surprise me if they ran a shuttle over to the casino too. But remember, the Mille Lacs Casino (as well as the entire reservation) is dry. No alcohol, no bars, nada.

Any of the above ideas are great. Just leave the casino part out!

no casino, period! They net they walleye you are trying to catch. If you want casino time play a game of poker. I wish all sportsmen would steer clear of the casino and business run buy the reservation.
