Yesterday, fished up on lake superior out of Ashland. Trolled for salmon, and got two in the boat, and lost 3 more, hot baits were reef runner rip sticks, trolled over anywhere from 18-60 feet of water, also got a nice bonus 23 inch lake trout. Talked to some other guys and two other boats got 3 lake trout each and another boat got a nice rainbow too. Everybody was trolling the same area, and keep your baits in the top 15 feet of the water column.
