Walking Catfish

    I think I finally caught the top end of big Walking Catfish. I was at my friends place today. He has several ponds and wasn’t sure how big the fish were in there. I was trying for Great White Sheatfish but instead I caught a pair of really nice African Walking Cats.

    Are they edible? It looks like a cross between a cat and a bowfin(dogfish).

    First thing i thought also,must be some dogfish in his past.

    Grilled Walking Cats are the best eating fish I have had over here yet. They have nice white meat like a sunfish.
