I got to hang out with my Grand Daughter this afternoon. So when I asked what she wanted to do she replied..
“I want to catch a fish bigger then my head”
So with that order we packed up the UL and some of the new CJ&S Heavy Metal Jigs and off we went !!
I was looking forward to spending time with my best lil fishing partner as well as trying out my new LX-6 that came in the mail yesterday !!
With a short outing i can see the 6 is no doubt going to be my new favorite ice machine !!!
I can see I’m going to have a hard time getting this unit away from her !!
Z-Dawg has picked up on this photo/fishing gig very well.. She even picked this pose out.. ” Hey Grampa… How about if I hold the crappie like this” ?
We pulled several fish using the new LX-6 before Z started getting a bit chilly (not the holes in the pants)
So,, until the ice shows up and mother nature listens to my prayers and Chris Granrud does his best “Huff and Puff to Blow the Cold Air Down”…
I’ll be confined to the docks..
