there not even allowed to touch on the grill.
It’s the only way it make burgers
Merely a suggestion, mix in the Montreal steak seasoning.
or what ever seasoning you all like!!
good call Glenn!!
i’ve tried various types of seasonings over time…..the montreal steak is the best i’ve found, for me.
of course it helps a bit more if you can plan ahead……add it to the burger, mix it in and let it meld!!!!!
Bone in ribeye, baked potatoes and grilled broccoli.
Oh yeah, that looks damn good.

One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. However, I did everything on charcoal, and that was too much smoke for the broccoli.

I get wierd about broccoli. I only like it cooked in butter and way done, not crunchy. I’m not a big broccoli fan. My kids eat it any way it’s cooked or raw lol they love it.
Need to make that broccoli healthy and melt a half a block of Velvetta over it.
broccoli and cauliflower are good eats!! Brussel spouts are another thing!! but I’m getting better at eating them too..
I tried a new recipe last night and my first successful one from a TikTak video! It’s garlic bread, meatballs with spaghetti sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and seasonings! These were super easy to make and I can’t wait to make them again. They’re so yummy and quite filling! We had leftover meatballs and sauce, and John had the great idea of cooking up just a few noodles and now we have leftovers for lunches!

I saw this from an Instagram video and made it last week. Very good and simple to make. We added some fresh basil with ours.
I’m in Florida this week on vacation. Went on a guided saltwater inshore fishing trip today and was permitted to keep a redfish. The resort grill prepared it for my dinner. Blackened redfish, Cajun rice, fries, and a margarita. It was fantastic.
They are with me on the vacation but they chose not to go fishing today. I was fine with that.

A few pages back we were talking Hmong Sausage. I bought some (savory not spicy) from the Asian Mall in EP and made it w a cabbage stir fry last night. Very good and better leftovers today!
Good to see your found the Hmong sausage. It is a nice treat. The stir fry looks great!
Backstrap, bacon, asparagus, bread, and milk. Nothing too special, but so so tasty
Good looking grub Glenn. I could just about put a pan of those away if left to my own devices.
Not for supper but the kids at school are getting spoiled with a smoked pork loin lunch today. This was the first true smoke on the new hog roaster and she performed flawlessly. That smell in the air when you come in to the building makes breakfast tough to eat and the hours to get to lunch time almost unbearable for the youngsters.
WOWZER……thats one big pile of meat……and man that looks awesome!!!!!
