Went up last night to try and do a bit of eye fishing….And ohhh man, what is going on up there? Everywhere is covered with grass on the surface. I have seen alot of grass but this was un-real…Terriable fishing. What would do that, that bad?
Lots and lots of rain. Pool 8 was the same way on saturday. It looked like a lawn.
I agree, I was out of harpers ferry saturday, most grass Ive ever seen. but pool 12 was clean today.
I fished the 4-Man bass tournament out of PDC today and actually thought that the grass today was better than Saturday. Saturday was by far worse than today IMO. All the grass was washed out from the flats around Cold Springs from the rain and rising water. Made for some tough navigating.
