I dont care that they closed, I just think its laughable at best. I dont watch any local news/weather, but got inundated with the feedback about how it was going to be this doomsday and perfect storm on social media and stuff I saw on youtube. I just laugh it off, but man, there are some real preppers out there.
I got sucked in to watch Reed Timmers live feed for a while. It was quite interesting, but with all the terms getting thrown out you could tell early on in their chasing that it was going to be nothing like what was feared.

Lol, I was watching his feed as well, I actually took a few Meteorology classes in college (it was either that or Chemistry/Biology) so it brought back some old memories… I remember watching Reed Timmers a long time ago when he was a clean cut kid just out of college chasing storms in a Honda Accord on the Discovery channel, now he looks like an extra from the Twisters movies…

Once you understand the science a bit, it gets really cool and you better understand how its totally unpredictable (hence they drove around MN all day yesterday and pretty much struck out everywhere)

I really appreciate his work and dedication! He is sure enthusiastic!. He isnt just some fly by night dude either he is very highly trained and educated. I got a kick out of the dominator. The front 4 passengers had seatbelts on, but the poor guy in the back was bouncing around without one LOL
