    I put a Power-Pole on my kayak this time last year. In the start of the Covid supply debacle. They had some bad circuit boards. When the first one failed. They had me take it back where I bought it, about 5 miles away, for a new one in the box. A reminder why I prefer to buy local, from a small retailer. Instead of the internet. Likely from the same batch of boards. This year it failed. They replaced it with the new and improved model with features mine didn’t have, over the counter at the factory. Factory is less than an hour from where I’m staying. So, I just traded it in person. Everyone I talked to, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Brand new upgraded unit and warranty. They assured me they have the board issue fixed. But I have any problems let them know. If I decide to put Power anchor or charging system on my big boat. Power-Pole will get the nod. One of the best manufacturers I’ve ever dealt with.
