We have an older computer that is really running slow as of late and I am being pressured by the family to break down and upgrade to a new system. I saw the ad for finally fast.com on tv and am thinking of trying it as a last resort before opening up the pocketbook, anyone else ever used this and does it work or is it a scam and is there any hazards involved.

    Yep

Reload the cds after you have saved what you want.
No need 4 new computer when you can reload and go back to what it was when it was new.

    Just my 2 cents

I been wiping hard drive and starting over for ten years or better it is the only way 2 go.

you can also get updates for hardware online

My computer works better now then when it was new!!

Get Linux and you don’t have to worry about that.

Clean out unused programs and run the tools under “System Tools” such as disk cleaner and defrag. There are many free tools that you can find online to clean your PC. This will help some but check and see how much RAM you have and if you can add to get a minimum of 1g. With all of the Windows updates and need for memory that programs can eat up. Websites can also be memory hogs. Add some RAM for about $20-50 and your PC speed will certainly increase and no need for a new PC. Updated all our PCs over the last year and all run much faster.
