Sunrise River Pool 1 near Stacy, Mn

    Any experiences, thoughts, or suggestions??? Heading up that way next weekend. Seems to be the closest shore fishing opportunity to Stacy.

    Just below Kost dam holds nice smallies, pike n panfish or the dam just a few miles east of stacy in Carlos Avery holds pike, panfish and bullheads. Great fishery you’ll enjoy fishing up there

    Water levels where real low this last weekend. Caught a few small sunnies at the Kost dam. I would skip it and head to the croi as well. That little bar in Sunrise does have a great burger. That was the high light of our trip up that way.
