It’s finally rolled around, the 2014-2015 Ice Season!

It’s almost here! The time of year most anticipated by the In Depth Outdoor’s community. Hardwater! To kick off the 2014-2015 ice season we have some great articles to help put you on fish, with a number of different techniques, and different bodies of water across the Ice Belt.

In-Depth Outdoor’s Prostaff Member Joel Nelson has two great articles for the November issue. Gearing Up for the Ice Grind, is filled with great reminders on getting your gear ready for the ice season.

When picking one species Joel has in his wheelhouse it would be Panfish, and early season is his bread and butter! First Ice with Joel Nelson delivers some insightful tips and tricks to putting Bull Gills and Giant Crappies during the first month of the season.

In-Depth Outdoor’s Prostaff Member Bryan Meyers has the sight fishing bite dialed in on his home waters of Western Wisconsin and Sight Fishing Early Season Panfish will set you up with all the knowledge needed to put the hurt on panfish with a short stick!

If you’re not familiar with Adam Rasmussen, you will be after this season! Adam is one heck of a stick hailing out of Central Wisconsin! One of Adam’s favorite first ice bites is for Reservoir Walleyes, and you’ll want to be taking a few notes from this guy!
