B-man, I was at the airport in Park Point. There were a thousand people on that beach Friday night, and even worse on Saturday. We had a blast and ended up with 20 ish gallons. Again, I keep for a big fry at our campground and gift the rest. Its pretty good trading stock! They are getting 30 for a gallon and 125 for a 5 gallon bucket. Some a little more and some a little less. With a big run falling on the weekend it should drive the price down.

I dont want to set anyone off on the video topic, so dont watch it if you dont want to. But it give a lot of detail on how to and how we did.

I cook up 2-3 gallons every year at our campsite. I also have a bunch that I use for trading stock in the neighborhood.

    Fun stuff!

@big_g Ha! If you ever get a waiting moment in line, they sure do sell some crap! I had to go out to my truck and Google it.

I will be starting my quest to take my property back this year. We have notoriously just cut every year and tried to keep up with it. I found a guy out in my area who does brush clearing with a tracked skidder and mulcher. Once he takes it down and mulches it, it gets back drug. This mulcher goes slightly into the dirt to pull the roots. He also things any popple and ironwood.

The cost… well, spring deal of $150 an hour, 8 hours min. 1-2 acres per day. I have him scheduled for May 5, 6, and 7.

Check your pressure cooker manual for the minimum requirement of liquid in the pot, and add at least that amount. If no instructions are given, add 1 inch of water.
If your pressure cooker didn’t come with its own steamer basket, you can use a standard metal or silicone steamer basket in its place. (If you don’t have a steamer basket, you can skip it, but you may get a greater number of cracked eggs.)

Avoid stacking eggs on top of each other since this can also lead to more cracked eggs. If you need to cook more eggs than will fit in a single layer, we suggest cooking multiple batches.

We are into the 2000s, and I like technology, which has been progressing for the last 30 years.

    Thats it

ON X just had a Fish seminar. Joel did an awesome job explaining features. He did cover the expansion of the app. He only said future states are in the works. No timeline yet.

AI is a tool just like anything else. There are many forms of it and many ways to use it to save time. As a matter of fact, you are probably already using it and didn’t know it. It saves me a lot of time writing letters, excel formulas, and job descriptions. Basically, anytime you have a “Brain Fart” it can help you.

My biggest battle was asking “ChatGPT” a question as I would in “Google”. It works but not exactly what you want. Talk/write to google like you are talking to a 11th grader. Things will work better for you.

For all you guys who have no idea what to do for Valentine’s Day, ask ChatGPT.
“Plan a romantic Valentine’s dinner in St. Paul for my wife and I”
    or
“Plan a romantic getaway in duluth for this weekend”

You will be surprised at what it will find and do for you!

    Its a tool, that’s it.

Its a very light gun to carry around, re-coil is amazing, every new hunter has used our 7mm-08 as their first gun, great for shoulder problems, has killed every deer it has been fired at, shells can be found everywhere.

    A+ for this guy

You have a two-year warranty on the auger. I wouldn’t hesitate to call the manufacturer and get it serviced.

    Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm (CST)
    Customer Service
Representatives are available year-round, by phone at 1-800-345-6007, or via email at [email protected].

Something is incorrect with the carb, it shouldn’t be loosening up. It sounds like an air fuel problem.

    Start with a phone call.

Not sure what happened to my first post or if both will show up…

I ran into these people at the Duluth Ice show the last couple years. I purchased hunting knifes for my 3 kids and father. All still working as advertised. They will etch anything into the blade. See there facebook and Etsy site.

I worked the show all three days – Otter – Booth, Thorne, Marine General, and Reeds.

Friday – Slow but a steady flow of traffic, good buyers
Saturday – 8-10 VIP slow steady, 10-2 was outstanding, and 2-7 steady and tapered off. Great buying.

Sunday – 9-1 medium traffic, ok buying mostly looking for deals. 1-4 slow and only deal makers.

If you’re looking for a major purchase, it’s still the place to get a good deal. Lots of retailers are looking to empty their warehouses. I did see a good amount of IDO hoodies in the crowd.

I’m in a vehicle for a couple of hours a day for 1-hour stretches. I have commuted with some real pile of crap cars and trucks. I purchased a used dodge charger and for the first month, I could hardly get out of the dang car my back hurt so bad.
One day, I was driving and started thinking about my posture. Is there anything keeping me from being straight? I made a few seat adjustments that had minor positive impact. I then realized my problem. For years I always drove with the sun visor down because the defrost dried my eyes out. I realized that the distance between the dash and the open visor was minimal. I was actually crouching my body down to see through the gap. Yes, it was simple enough to put the visor in the closed position.

    Dont overlook the obvious sometimes.

Area 157 a tad north of Grasston!
Lots of deer around this year. A quick drive at dusk last night produced 4-7 deer in the green fields. Lots of little bucks that will get wasted by various hunters this weekend.

We hunt my land out the back door with my family and a couple of friends.

I’m there to teach and watch em grow! Its not about killing a deer.

I put mine in the house in 1997, and it worked perfectly for years. About five years ago, I struggled with keeping it lit. I tried to do it myself and just couldn’t get it to work. I finally got a recommendation for Perfect Flame out of Princeton, MN. This guy might have shaken his DIY head at me a couple of times and told me to leave it to the pros. In the end it has work flawlessly for the last 5 years again. I would give it a shot, call a professional.

    I traded my 1999 lund pro v with a 150 opti for a 2021 1875 Lund Impact with a 150 proxs.

I have two Helix 9’s, ultera, lure lockers, cover, four upgraded seats, vinyl floor, and flip-up rear seats. I’m sure I am forgetting something.

I dont get wet, its a great quality Lund ride. Even to the point when I bring people out, they comment on the ride. I think people get wet due to the driver and how they handle waves.

It serves as a mostly fishing boat with 30% sandbar boat. I can get 48mph out of it and is plenty fast for me.

The rail system for attachments took me a bit to get used to but works.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I’ve been on Big Sandy (Eagle Point Resort) for almost 25 years. It takes less than 30 minutes to unpack, mow the lawn, hook up the boat, grab a beer/cocktail, and sit by a fire. We don’t have bad neighbors, but if we did you walk to the next camper.

We do events for the 4th of July, smelt fry, no tournament tournament pike contest, Halloween, and fall soup cook-off.

Rent is around $2,800, extra for dock and electricity.

If I don’t like what I’m living in, I buy a new one.

Stays year round and we need to keep tabs on it or we get charged county taxes.

The easiest way to get into a seasonal site is to buy an existing camper. Sell if needed. If your seasonal campsite doesn’t have a waiting list, keep looking. Good seasonals have waiting lists. If you want a better spot, bug the owner until you get one.

I have no intentions of moving

A good neighbor and nothing to entice them will at least get you to your destination with a clear mind. After three teenagers… if they want to do something, they will figure out a way.

Any chance you have a new mapping card in the G4 unit?
Take the mapping cards out and power up again.

I have a similar problem with a G4 unit and lakemaster card.
It goes away when I take the card out.
