Must be broken under the floor, all the fittings are tight and it does not leak right at the pump, leaking under the floor somewhere. Too involved to tear up the floor to fix whatever is the issue. It will be easier to install put a pump in the live well to keep the water circulation going. Guess I will just plug the intake for the pump and go from there. This is a 1989 model boat that I just recently purchased, so I will adapt to make it usable.
