Just thought I’d post this here in case anyone is looking to move to the SW Metro with the added benefit of being close to some pretty good fishing on Lake Waconia. The lake is approximately one mile from my door. We love it here but found a place just west of town on a little over 5 acres.

Thanks, we will have to hit Waconia together. It will take me 3-4 minutes to get to the lake now instead of 1.

Sounds good to me! I’d love to pick your brain about your new plot of land, we will be looking for something similar in the next 3-5 years.

We’ve been actively looking for about 3 years, I’d be happy to share info.

Probably looked at 12-15 properties that fit our price and location criteria in those 3 years.

Weather is looking great for another round of open houses this weekend, ice will be off the lake soon (hopefully)!
