Is the Strike Master center in Big Lake the only place to have the pitch adjusted on my SM auger?

You may want to give D-Rock a call on that. Wonderful people to work with and a closer drive.

I’m not sure what’s in Big Lake any longer since the transition.

I recommend drock as well. Just be aware that the pitch adjustment will not make it new again but it will help.

SM is no longer in Big Lake, they are at Rapala USA headquarters located at

    StrikeMaster Service Center
    10395 Yellow Circle Dr.
    Minnetonka,MN 55343
    877-572-7278

Like mentioned above if pitch is out of whack it might be time to just replace the drill. Other service centers like D-Rock maybe able to adjust pitch. If I had the pitch problem, I would go right to Minnetonka address above.
H20 is located in Big Lake, they are a service center for SM.

I suppose this is besides the point but I’m curios nonetheless. I thought back when Strikemaster was in Big lake, they manufactured the augers there.

Do they build them now in Minnetonka?
