Looking at adding one into the fish house this year. Any recommendations? Been looking at a “INTELI-POWER 9100 SERIES 45 AMP” But not sure if you can run more then one battery on these… Any input anyone before I buy one?

dont know much about the inverter your looking at but we run two 12inch fans in our house using a cheap inverter from fleetfarm hooked to a optima batt and it last us about 3 days we are also adding another one this year to run a outside light. wealso installed a cheap solar panel from northern tool it works ok.

I don’t know off hand what inverter my Lodge has, but it is the cats meow! Make sure you ask if it can run with and without a battery hooked up. Mine runs both ways and wouldn’t have any other way.
I’ll check tonight when I get home.
You could always call distinct builders out in South dakota and ask what they use. They build the Lodge fish houses.
    Just my $.02

I think your thinking of a power inverter (12 volt to 120 volt) Im looking for a converter to go the other way 120V from the generator to supply and charge the 12V system

I use and sell the Intelli-power 9200 series and havn’t had any issues. You could run more than one battery but I never seen a need for two batteries as long as you run your generator at least 4 hrs a night. The 9100 would work fine.

If you could look and see what it is and what amp output it has that would be great!

This is the one that fish house supply in buffalo sells and from what I read you can run with and without batteries hooked up. But need to make sure I can run 2 batteries with the system

Just make sure you’re running 10 things at once and you should be fine

    12v x 10 = 120v. You’re all good.

Okay, I will look after work.

I bought one for my Ice Castle some years back and it doesn’t work running the 12 volt (or 110) in the shack without a battery hooked up. That was a huge mistake on my part!!!

I think as long as you are running 2-12 volt batteris connected to make sure they are still 12 volt you’ll be fine. That’s just my guess though!
