Got a new boat but getting a new Yamaha 25 hp on tuesday it has the code F25LWHC F means four stroke,25 hp, h means tiller handle what does the w and H stand for? cant find it on there web sight. thanks getting GIDDY

L = Long shaft (20″)
M = Manual & Electric start
H = Hand control (tiller)
C = Generation (3rd generation of F25)

The “W” means it is for winter use only. 
No seriously, is this a new “new” motor? New- old stock? Or used- new to you?
Back when they still “dated” motors the “W” would indicate a 1998 model year.
