Solid core is the only handle lighter than the carbon fiber and is as sensitive as carbon fiber.
Blank manufacture say these are XF-light action.
Would say they and slow and very light action, almost noodle rod action, still pretty sensitive.
Great rod for dead sticking or slip bobber.
Just fun sticks for panfish.
The tip section is contrast painted for easier tip watching.
