Are they predicting much Spring Miss. flooding?

I know that it may be to early to tell bu I was just wondering if the snow up north has us thinking about the amount of flooding that may take place this spring?
I do not see this as a big problem but does anyone know what the thought is?

I heard a few weeks ago talk about “El Nino” being back and they said it would be a wet winter for the midwest. I assume that will carry into the spring.
