How does one go about setting up fishing tournaments. A few friends and myself are currently working on setting up a four event carp tournament for next summer. 2 river events and two lake events. What kind of permits are needed? Where do you get them? Etc???? Etc?? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
