Cabelas Pro-line

    Anyone know who makes the Cabelas Pro-line??? How is the hi-viz???

    Its cheaper than Sufix Elite or Mustad Ultra Pro but it is a harder line with more memory in cold weather. It would probably be fine if only used as a fair weather (spring-summer) line. I have a new 2200 yd spool of 6# Hi Vis yellow that you could have for a very good price!

    Thanks Tom. I have been using the clear blue for a couple of years. I have noticed it is a little stiffer when it is cold, but that has been my only complaint. I was using it couple of weeks ago in 10-20 degrees and it was definately harder to tie on jigs but it still cast and retrieved fine. Of course the tie-on issue could have been frozen fingers.

    I was just curious if the hi-viz is fairly bright.
