Learned at the boat show that Motorguide is recalling all 2 and 3 bank Max Pro chargers. Can get on their website for details. No receipt needed. Seems they had a fire or two result from the product, and are exchanging the chargers with another product.
Doesn’t surprise me, I burned up 2 of them in about 6 months. 
I finally just threw them away and went back to a Dual Pro Charger.
Took mine in yesterday, and will be replaced with a Dual Pro. If you have any receipts from the ones you dumped, maybe can get some compensation??
Where are you returning these to? I’m from the cities, motorclinc, etc…

I returned mine to a local marine equipment dealer here in Waukesha, WI, who is also an authorized service rep for Motor Guide. Make a few calls to your local dealers, and I dont think you’ll have any problems getting the thing exchanged.
