To all my Contractor Brothers running dump trailers.
Are you sick and tired of pulling into the landfill in the winter and having the debris frozen in the trailer?
You have to get out the pick, try to break it loose or have to call in the booger picker?

No worries – when the trailer is empty put a pieces of poly in the bottom before loading it up.

The load slides out like a 20″ pike outta a 10″ hole! waytogo

Your tip of the day. toast

Always line with poly and keep a mini at the fill. Scrap out clean. Done it this way for 15 years

Nothing will freeze when its above freezing. So you are good…

I load wet concrete all day all winter. Freezes immediately as we load it in the cold. All the slurry suctions and freezes it to anything. Thick polly is key. Cheap polly or painters polly is a no. There is many other easy things as well. But polly is always a great effective idea.
When its cold and wet polly will freeze to the trailer and to the material so form oil is a very cheap way to keep anything from freezing. And then it slides out like butter. If your boss is to cheap to buy it. Then let him get billed for holding up a transfer station or the time it takes to hammer out the load

Wish I had more room in the mpls lot for trailer, would use this tip in a second.

Recently found a local dude who will pickup loads for fairly cheap. Stack it up on an oversized pallet in my backyard and give him a text to come pickup. About half the cost of a bagster.

Had another air compressor go out on me yesterday, can’t get more than couple years out of one. Fairly annoying. Change the oil, clean air filters, crapola! Thought I’d try a husky last night since it’s hard to find any good ones nowadays in store. Nice and quiet, good morning of use, come back from lunch thing is dead wtf! Return only to not have any at all in store worth looking at. Lowes saved my a$$ and upgraded to a dewalt.
