I would like some ideas for a floor, storage on the side and casting deck up front. It around a 12 foot fishing boat. Also want to know how to bolt it down. It has benches in it but dont know if i can cut them out or work around them.

Sometimes those benches are structural so you can’t just cut them out.
I did this to a bit larger boat. I cut the middle benches so I could walk through. I opened them up so I used them for storage. I left a small bench in the nose for one person to sit and that held my anchor.
I used marine plywood and painted it gray. I attached it so it had structural integrity.
This forum is dont think will give you many ideas or good input. Look at tiny boat nation or what ever it’s is on Facebook. I pimped a old 14ft boat and rigged a casting deck. It was awesome back when that’s all I had.
